My Therapeutic Style
I tend to be more direct in session, and bring my personality into the room with me. I am an active participant in my sessions, which can be seen through challenging my clients, helping them learn new tools, and actively participating in the conversation through questions and feedback. I love to work with both couples and individuals.
Whether you are going through a life transition, dealing with anxiety, job dissatisfaction, or relationship struggles, I work through a strength-based approach and hope to empower my clients to help them make a change in their lives. Some areas of interest include but are not limited to infidelity, intimacy, financial stress, motivation, confidence, and family of origin dynamics. I create an environment of inclusivity for clients of all races, cultures, genders, sexual orientations, relationship structures, and faiths.
